    STEPS TO PLACE ORDER

    Please make sure to follow the simple steps as below:

    • First:  Click on the Product on Website that you want to purchase and “Add to your Cart.’
    • Second: Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ if in case your order is final. If not, ‘Continue Shopping’
    • Third: Add your name and Email Address, pin code on the Checkout Screen to proceed for Billing and Shipping.
    • Forth: Add your shipping details and choose the Payment Options, Choose the Mode of Payment and then place your order.
    • Fifth: Once order placed, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address given by you & the SMS on registered mobile number given by you.

    • You will definitely receive the confirmation of your order on your email ID given by you.
    • You can easily track the status of your order on our website.
    • The date of delivery usually depends on the type of product & location of delivery chosen by you. However, it will take 7 to 10 working days if no any issues will arise. You will be informed in case of any critical or exceptional circumstances.
    • Order will be accepted only all places over the India subject to our delivery shipments are available.
    • For order received for customization, our representative will inform you the final price for the product based on final gold weight, diamond weight, stone weight and gold price booked on the date of purchase and make the charges per the booking date.
    • No extra charges for shipment.
    • No Gift Voucher is accepted against purchased order.

    DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT

    PNG Brothers has appointed reputed courier services for delivery of product like Sequel. We ensure that we take all the steps to deliver online purchased product at your mentioned address within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. However, we shall not be liable for any delay caused by the delivery service providers.

    Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuses to take delivery of the package; otherwise, it will be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.

    We ensure that your selected product will be sealed after checking the intactness of the outer packaging of the shipment. Also, we cover the all risk of transit by insurance of the same..We will deliver the product through the reputed shipments like Sequel. We advise not to accept products that are tampered with.

    TERM AND CONDITIONS

Most of the products are usually readily available, and it normally takes 7 to 10 working days for delivering such product pieces to you safely. In case of critical or exceptional circumstances, our team will notify you accordingly.

    • No cash on delivery facility is possible.

    CANCELLATION

    Order may be cancelled due to following reasons:

    • Order will be cancelled only before it’s shipped.
    • Order created by mistake.
    • Product price is high.
    • Need to change shipping address.
    • Need to change payment method.

    REFUND

    Ordered payment will be refunded in following cases

    • Order will be cancelled only before it’s shipped.
    • Dispatched different ready product than the product ordered.
    • In case of customization of product, there may be size mismatch issue.
    • If any genuine qualities issues.
    • Lost of product in transit.

    Refunds will be made through the same payment method within 15 working days.

    NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
    • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
    • Package refused by the recipient.
    • Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
      Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    • Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
    • If the Product is not faulty or damaged.
